The FMS Futura is a licensed sport jet developed by FMS in cooperation with Tomahawk Aviation. The German/Chinese engineering team has succeeded with the Futura V3 one of the most outstanding sport jets made of hard foam.

Now even better
The features of the V1 version have been retained: the CNC metal landing gear, the robust airframe with high-strength wing spars, and the oversized bay for the electronics. The 13g all-metal digital servos and improved connectors were carried over from the more advanced V2 version. The now third version has been further improved. The V3 comes with additional alternating flashing navigation lights on the left and right wings and taxi lights on the underside of the fuselage. In addition, the V3 version comes in a new color scheme.

Powerful propulsion
The Futura V3 is powered by an optimized 3665-KV2000 brushless motor in combination with an efficient 80mm 12-blade impeller and a Hobbywing 100A flight controller .

Lightweight construction in PNP
The jet model is made of extra strong and extra light EPO40 hard foam material. The complete electronics such as motor, impeller, controller, servos and the electric, spring-loaded retractable landing gear are already installed in the model. Battery in, receiver in, and the Futura V2 from FMS is ready to go - ready to put a big smile on your face.

FMS Reflex stabilization system included
Included with this model is an FMS Reflex system programmed specifically for this aircraft. This electronic stabilization system is designed to assist, but not interfere with, pilot control commands. The Reflex system works with both PPM and SBUS inputs, and works natively with all common rudder control systems. If the Reflex system is connected to a 3-channel switch, you can choose between 3 different modes:

• Stabilized mode: when the control sticks are released, the model is automatically brought into a neutral flight position, which offers beginners and inexperienced pilots in particular a lot of safety in dicey situations.
• Optimized mode: The gyro system of the Reflex system counteracts external influences such as gusts of wind or crosswinds and keeps the model precisely in a stable position.
• Off: The Reflex System can be switched off completely. The FMS Reflex System is set specifically for this flight model. No further programming is required. The FMS Reflex System can be bound with all receivers with at least 4 channels.
