The Component 2AB 1:8th scale Buggy tire builds on our World Champion pedigree introducing a new carcass design that complements the asymmetrical tread pattern. The two different outer tread patterns will give racers the option to choose between a smooth or direct feel, depending on how the tire is mounted to the wheel. The A side of the tire has a four row pattern with smaller, more flexible blocks, that give the tire a more forgiving feel when the A side is mounted to the outside of the wheel. The B side has three row pattern with larger, less flexible blocks, that will give the tire a more direct feel when the B side is mounted to the outside of the wheel. By using this approach we feel the driver can essentially get four different tires setups out of two full sets of tires. This simplifies tires selection.
